Build was engaged to deliver a standout retail fit-out for fashion label YouKnow, working alongside Sydney-based Bokor Design to bring the brand’s unique vision to life.

The project featured a number of bespoke elements, including:
– Custom aluminium fins framing the shopfront
– Curved changing rooms
– A one-of-a-kind POS counter
– Custom metal racking
– Polished concrete floors and high ceilings to elevate the space

Despite the complexity, Build secured a council exemption in record time, delivered the project within budget, and handed over on schedule – just five weeks from start to finish.
