Build was brought on to deliver a bold, design-led renovation for Studio South’s new office space — a creative HQ that reflects the studio’s distinctive aesthetic.

Key features of the fit-out included:
– Relocating the kitchen to the front of the building, featuring a curved stainless-steel benchtop with built-in DJ decks
– Statement blue accents throughout the kitchen
– A fully glazed mirrored boardroom that plays with light and reflection
– A flexible, open-plan entry and social space, with café-style seating on one side and the kitchen and bench on the other

Completed on budget and within just eight weeks, the result is a space that blends functionality with personality – a true reflection of the team that works within it.
